Our Origins

Where passion meets innovation

In 2006, Amy Rockwood had an idea to create truly safe chew toys for extreme chewers.

“It was a spontaneous thought —Why not make a safe toy, a toy that lets people know when it is no longer safe?“

She and her mechanical engineer husband, Rick, teamed up to do just this. Their mission: protect dogs from the health dangers of broken chew toys and give pet parents peace of mind.
